“There have been great societies that did not use the wheel, but there have been no societies that did not tell stories.” Ursula K. Le Guin

This workshop focuses solely on the telling of folktales and fairytales. It is 110% oral, experiential and interactive. In pairs and in a circle, you will work vigorously at listening and telling. Through multiple exercises engaging your memory and your senses, you will learn to remember and practise the story that you will (courage!) present to a wider audience at the happy end.  You will be asked to bring your heart, your mind, and your calculated risk-taking toolkit. Confidence,  joy, and all other necessary materials will be provided.
